Check out this new bloggin idea that is really taking off
A customer recently asked me about emails with subject lines like the following:
ÅöÁª¤Î¤ªÃΤ餻
The body of the email then has the same characters listed throughout. The customer was concerned about these emails and whether or not they were coming from the website.
When an email like this is received, take a look at the email ID that it was sent to. You’ll then need to contact the company in charge of that mail server. In this case the email came to a metrocast.net email and not the yahoo.com one that is used for the website.
The customer contacted Metrocast and was able to resolve the issue by setting the spam filter to high.
